Coaches Wanted at Saltsjöbadens IF Football

Saltsjöbadens IF Football continues to grow, and we are now looking for dedicated coaches for our older youth teams and senior teams in the 9v9 format and above.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a burning interest in football and player development.
Has at least UEFA C coaching qualifications.
Is confident in a leadership role and can create a positive, developmental environment.
Wants to contribute long-term to the players' development and the teams' identity.
The role involves:
Planning and conducting training sessions and matches.
Training times mainly in the afternoons and evenings.
Collaboration with other coaches and the club's sports director/development manager.
Being a role model both on and off the field.
We offer:
A family-oriented and progressive club with the goal of keeping as many players as possible for as long as possible.
Support and structure from the club's board and sports director.
A paid position according to agreement.
